Der Ausbruch von COVID hat die DKV Mobility in 2020 zu einer vollständigen Überarbeitung ihrer Cash Flow Strategie ermutigt. Die Optimierung des Working Capital Management durch z.B. Budgetierung und aktives Monitoring der Zahlungsziele sowie Überarbeitung der Mahnprozesse wurde durch den Aufbau einer hoch automatisierten Liquiditätsplanung inkl. KI weiterforciert. Die getroffenen Maßnahmen führten zu einer signifikanten Verbesserung des Cash Conversion Cycle binnen weniger als 18 Monaten.
