Mitja Sadar currently holds the position of CFO at Enter, a startup dedicated to reducing emissions from existing housing stock and acts as an advisor to several smaller start-ups. In his role, Mitja leads the finance function and oversees fundraising, treasury, accounting, and controlling as well as building up a product to help finance energy renovations.
With over 15 years of experience in finance, his focus has been on fundraising (equity & debt), asset-backed securitization (ABS) and venture debt for startups and scale-ups, as well as setting and stabilising their finance functions to enable fast scaling.
Mitja has a track record of successfully raising over €1.6 billion of debt financing and over €190
million of equity financing for various companies, including Grover and Kreditech.
In addition, Mitja has established and managed liquidity analysis, refinancing risk, SPV reporting, treasury
reporting, and payment systems.
