Currently working as Inhouse M&A Manager at Giesecke of Devrient executing the end to end process for inorganic growth opportunities on group level. In addition, refining the M&A overall process and guidelines. Present deal volume is 2-3 transactions per year.
Involvement in projects across the complete transaction life-cycle, from kick-off to post closing procedures.
In-depth business analytics and accounting knowledge through the Advanced Diploma of the ACCA Institute as well as business studies with a focus on finance and corporate accounting at the LMU University in Munich.
Experience in the national and international start-up scene.
